Consent Agreement, Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

I understand that attendance at Your Ali-Bi events and participation in any social, recreational, physical, or intimate activity is entirely voluntary.

I am responsible for deciding whether, when, and with whom I participate in any activity. Membership, attendance, an invitation, prior interaction, or another person's interest in an activity does not constitute consent.

I understand that consent must be freely given, specific, and ongoing and may be withdrawn at any time.

I agree to follow the current Your Ali-Bi Club Rules & Consent Standards, including requirements regarding consent, privacy, respectful behavior, photography and recording, safer-sex practices, intoxication, closed/private areas, and other event rules.

I understand that violation of these rules may result in removal from an event and may result in suspension or termination of membership or future attendance privileges.

I understand that social, physical, and intimate activities may involve inherent health risks, including possible exposure to or transmission of sexually transmitted infections or other communicable illnesses.

I voluntarily assume responsibility for my own health decisions, boundaries, interactions, and safer-sex practices.

I understand that Your Ali-Bi does not represent or guarantee the health status, testing status, medical condition, or risk level of any member or guest.

I am responsible for communicating directly with other participants and deciding what precautions are appropriate for me.

I understand that attending an event or entering the premises may involve risks including, but not limited to:

• Slips, trips, and falls
• Use of furniture, recreational equipment, hot tubs, stairs, outdoor areas, or other property features
• Physical or intimate activity
• Acts or conduct of other attendees
• Consumption of food or beverages
• Alcohol consumption
• Loss of or damage to personal property
• Other risks ordinarily associated with attending a private social event

I knowingly and voluntarily assume the risks associated with my attendance and with activities in which I choose to participate.

I understand that I am responsible for my own alcohol consumption and behavior.

I agree not to engage in activity with a person who is unable to knowingly and voluntarily consent because of intoxication, impairment, unconsciousness, or another condition affecting their ability to consent.

Your Ali-Bi may refuse admission or remove any person whose intoxication, impairment, conduct, or condition creates a safety or consent concern.

To the fullest extent permitted by Michigan law, I release and hold harmless Your Ali-Bi, Autumn Williams, Christopher Williams, the owners and lawful occupants of the premises, and their employees, agents, volunteers, and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from claims arising from ordinary negligence related to my voluntary attendance at or participation in a Your Ali-Bi event, including claims involving personal injury, property damage, or loss of personal property.

This release is intended to include risks inherent in the premises and activities voluntarily undertaken by me.

This release does not apply to conduct that cannot lawfully be released or waived under applicable law.

I understand that Your Ali-Bi cannot continuously supervise or control the actions, decisions, representations, health status, or conduct of every member or guest.

I remain responsible for establishing and communicating my own boundaries and obtaining appropriate consent in my interactions with others.

Nothing in this agreement excuses another person's violation of my consent or makes me responsible for another person's intentional misconduct.

To the extent permitted by law, I agree to indemnify and hold the Released Parties harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, or reasonable costs arising from my own conduct, my violation of the Club Rules & Consent Standards, or injury or damage caused by me.

I am responsible for my personal belongings while attending Your Ali-Bi events.

Your Ali-Bi is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged personal property except to the extent otherwise required by law.

I understand that Your Ali-Bi is a private club and that admission to or continued presence at an event is conditional upon compliance with club rules and reasonable instructions from ownership or staff.

I agree to leave the premises promptly if directed to do so by Your Ali-Bi ownership or authorized staff.

I understand that Your Ali-Bi's rules, policies, staff, supplies, safety measures, or enforcement efforts cannot eliminate all risks associated with attendance or voluntary participation.

The existence or enforcement of club rules does not relieve me of responsibility for my own decisions, boundaries, conduct, and personal safety.

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Michigan.

If any provision of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

By signing or electronically accepting this agreement, I acknowledge that:

• I am at least 21 years old
• I have been given an opportunity to read this agreement
• I understand that participation in activities at Your Ali-Bi is voluntary
• I understand that this agreement includes an assumption of risk and release of certain legal claims
• I have had the opportunity to ask questions before accepting it
• I have reviewed or been given access to the Your Ali-Bi Club Rules & Consent Standards
• I voluntarily agree to be bound by this agreement
