Your Ali-Bi
Membership Terms

These terms describe the membership relationship between Your Ali-Bi and its members. They work together with the Club Rules & Consent Standards and the Consent Agreement, Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability. Please read all three before submitting a membership application.
1. Membership Eligibility
Your Ali-Bi is a private social club for adults age 21 and older. Applicants and members may be required to present valid government-issued photo identification to verify identity and age. Membership is a privilege and is subject to approval by Your Ali-Bi. We reserve the right to deny an application or suspend, revoke, or decline to renew a membership when we determine that doing so is in the best interest of the club, its members, guests, or community.
2. Membership Information
Members agree to provide accurate information when applying for membership and to keep important membership and contact information reasonably current. Memberships and member accounts are personal and may not be transferred, shared, or used by another person.
3. Club Rules and Consent Standards
All members and guests are required to follow the current Your Ali-Bi Club Rules & Consent Standards. Respect for boundaries and affirmative, ongoing consent is a condition of membership. Membership in Your Ali-Bi never creates an expectation or obligation to interact socially, physically, or sexually with another member or guest. Violations of club rules, consent standards, member privacy, or reasonable staff instructions may result in removal from an event, suspension, or termination of membership.
4. Privacy and Confidentiality
Privacy is fundamental to the Your Ali-Bi community. Members may not disclose, publish, share, or otherwise expose another member's identity, personal information, photographs, social profile information, or participation in Your Ali-Bi without that person's permission. Photography, video, audio recording, screenshots, or other recording or sharing of member information is prohibited where restricted by club rules or within the member portal.
5. Member Portal
Access to the Your Ali-Bi member portal is provided for personal membership use. Members are responsible for protecting their account credentials and for activity conducted through their account. Information or content obtained through the portal may not be copied, distributed, published, or used to harass, expose, or improperly contact another member. Your Ali-Bi may remove content or restrict portal access when necessary to enforce club rules, protect members, or operate the club.
6. Events and Fees
Membership does not automatically include admission to every Your Ali-Bi event. Individual events may have separate attendance charges, capacity limits, arrival requirements, eligibility requirements, or other event-specific conditions. Applicable fees, payment terms, and refund policies will be disclosed when membership or event registration is offered.
7. Suspension or Termination of Membership
Your Ali-Bi may suspend or terminate membership for violations of club rules or consent standards, misuse of member information, unsafe or disruptive conduct, nonpayment, materially inaccurate application information, or conduct inconsistent with the safe operation of the club. Termination of membership does not entitle a member to a refund of fees that were identified as non-refundable when paid.
8. Changes to Membership Terms
Your Ali-Bi may update these Membership Terms as club operations evolve. When a material change is made, members may be required to review and accept the updated terms before continuing to use membership services or attend future events.
9. Michigan Law
These Membership Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.

By selecting “I have read and agree to the Your Ali-Bi Membership Terms”, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old, that the information you provided is accurate, and that you agree to these Membership Terms.
